AI Features Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs, summaries, recommendations, or suggestions may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-assisted business-critical actions. Perenest is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, compliance, or accounting advice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Perenest, attempt unauthorized access, upload illegal or harmful content, or violate privacy or regulatory obligations. Unauthorized access attempts, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing security controls are prohibited.
Billing & Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Data Ownership & Use
You retain full ownership of your data. Perenest processes your data only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your business information.
Service Availability & Limitation
Service is provided on an as-available basis. While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions or data issues.
